    Exclamation Pokémon TCG Online - KNOWN BUGS

    This thread contains a collection of bugs which have been reported by the community and validated by the QA Team. These bugs have been logged into the bug tracking database and will be addressed by the Dev team in order of severity.

    Reuniclus (#44): When the Barrier Attack is used, the tooltip panel displays, “any damage done to this Pokémon by attacks is reduced by 20,” instead of 30.
    Jirachi-EX (#60, #98): The Stellar Guidance Ability does not reveal the selected Supporter card to the opponent.

    Black & White—Legendary Treasures
    No known issues

    XY
    Shadow Circle (#126): The tooltip that displays for Pokémon under the effect of Shadow Circle states that it has no Retreat Cost, where it should state that it has no Weakness.

    Black Star Promos
    Kyurem (#BW44): The Outrage and Glaciate attacks cannot be used while Kyurem has the proper Energy attached.

    Post Known Game Bugs

    General
    - Inconsistent looping of Carousel View throughout the game client.

    Chat
    - Some users are able to send empty chat messages while Muted.

    Collection
    - Black Star Promos from the HGSS series which are not obtainable in the game appear when Show All is selected.
    - Sorting cards by set and card number results in all cards being sorted by card numbers without distinction between sets.
    - Play! Pokémon promotional cards do not register as promo cards and do not have distinguishable foil effects.

    Deck Manager
    - The Black & White—Legendary Treasures and XY—Kalos Starter Set abbreviations are missing from the Print Decklist feature.

    Options
    - Audio and videos settings previously applied may revert to default settings.
    - The menu music always plays when the user first logs into the game, regardless of volume settings.

    Shop
    - The QR Reader is not compatible with all computer systems.
    - Code cards from the Xerneas Pokémon League season have been temporarily disabled.

    Tournaments
    - Player names do not consistently appear in the brackets between rounds.
    - When disconnected opponent does not reconnect to a match within the 5-minute time limit, the player does not receive the win notification and is stuck in the match.
    - Some users are receiving an additional booster pack in their tournament rewards.

    Trading
    - Players are able to place trade-locked cards into trade offers.

    Trainer Challenge
    - While there are a significant number of cards in the discard pile, right-clicking it will only show the top card.

    Versus Mode
    - While there are a significant number of cards in the discard pile, right-clicking it will only show the top card.

    Known Card Bugs
    General
    Flavor text is not formatted correctly for Black & White series cards.
    Mega Pokémon-EX are able to bypass all attack effects or Abilities that would prevent the Defending Pokémon from receiving damage from Pokémon-EX.

    HeartGold & SoulSilver
    Cleffa (#17): The Eeeeeeek attack does not apply the sleep condition to Cleffa after use.
    Copycat (#90): The player draws a number of cards equal to the number of cards in the opponent's hand plus one.
    Pokémon Communication (#98): Pokémon LEGEND halves cannot be used to fulfill the requirements to play this card.
    Professor Oak's New Theory (#101): When this card is played while the player has another card zoomed in, the card in the zoomed view will not be shuffled into the deck and only 5 cards will be drawn.
    Rainbow Energy (#104): This card is not validating for Modified play.

    HS—Undaunted
    Flower Shop Lady (#74): This card cannot be used to retrieve a Pokémon LEGEND half from the discard pile.

    HS—Triumphant
    Junk Arm (#87): The player can retrieve Trainer-Supporter cards when playing this card.
    Seeker (#88): Using this card to retrieve a Pokémon LEGEND from the Bench results in the inability to attach Energy cards or Trainer cards to the Pokémon LEGEND once it is returned to the Bench.

    Call of Legends

    Terrakion (#73, #99): The Retaliate attack does not deal bonus damage if the Pokémon card that Knocked Out the player's previously Active Pokémon is switched from the Defending position.
    Super Rod (#95): LEGEND Pokémon cards cannot be retrieved by playing Super Rod.

    Black & White—Next Destinies
    Prism Energy (#93): When attached to a Basic Pokémon, this card does not provide Fairy Type Energy.

    Black & White—Dragons Exalted
    Mew-EX (#46, #120): If the opponent has a Victini (Noble Victories #14, #98, Legendary Treasures #23, BW32) on their bench and the Active Mew-EX uses the Versatile Ability to use an attack that requires a coin flip, the opponent will be prompted to re-flip.
    Garbodor (#54): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Stoutland's (Boundaries Crossed #122) Sentinel Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#54): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Spiritomb's (Legendary Treasures #87) Sealing Scream Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#54): The Garbotoxin Ability is not consistently disabling the Forest Curse Ability on Trevenant (XY #55).

    Black & White—Dragon Vault
    Super Rod (#20): LEGEND Pokémon cards cannot be retrieved by playing Super Rod.

    Black & White—Boundaries Crossed
    Whirlipede (#73): Even with the correct amount of Energy cards attached, Spinning Attack cannot be used.
    Scolipede (#74): Even with the correct amount of Energy cards attached, the Venoshock attack cannot be used.
    Flygon (#99): The effect of the Sand Slammer Ability is not being applied before Burn or Poison effects that would occur between turns.
    Ditto (#108): After the Transform Ability is used to convert Ditto into another Ditto, the Transform Ability is no longer available.
    Ditto (#108): After the Transform Ability is used to convert Ditto into a Basic Pokémon, that Pokémon cannot evolve.
    Tool Scrapper (#116): There is no Cancel option prior to selecting a Pokémon Tool card to discard.
    Golurk (#150): When the Devolution Punch attack is used to Knock Out an Evolved Pokémon with a Rescue Scarf (Dragons Exalted #115) attached to it, only the latest Evolution Stage card is returned to the player's hand.
    Terrakion (#151): The Retaliate attack deals the bonus damage if the previous Pokémon was Knocked Out by the effect of Haxorus's (Plasma Blast #69) Strike of the Champion attack or by the effect of Gothitelle's (Dragons Exalted #57) Doom Decree attack.
    Terrakion (#151): The Retaliate attack does not deal bonus damage if the Pokémon card that Knocked Out the player's previously Active Pokémon is switched from the Defending position.

    Black & White—Plasma Freeze
    Kecleon (#94): Aspertia City Gym (Boundaries Crossed #127) continues to apply an additional 20 HP to Kecleon even when its Energy Type has changed due to the Color Change Ability.
    Team Plasma Badge (#104): Card text appears in English regardless of language selection.
    Garbodor (#119): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Stoutland's (Boundaries Crossed #122) Sentinel Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#119): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Spiritomb's (Legendary Treasures #87) Sealing Scream Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#119): The Garbotoxin Ability is not consistently disabling the Forest Curse Ability on Trevenant (XY #55).

    Black & White—Plasma Blast
    Virizion (#9, #96): The Emerald Slash attack allows Virizion-EX to attach one Energy card to Suicune (Plasma Blast #20) where both Energy cards should be discarded when attempting to do so due to the Safeguard Ability.
    Tirtouga (#27): The Prehistoric Call Ability cannot by selected by zooming in on Tirtouga while it is in the discard pile. The Ability can still be selected using the actions menu.
    Caitlin (#78): The OK button occasionally disappears when setting the card order.

    Black & White—Legendary Treasures
    Garbodor (#68): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Stoutland's (Boundaries Crossed #122) Sentinel Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#68): While the Garbotoxin Ability is active, Spiritomb's (Legendary Treasures #87) Sealing Scream Ability can remain active.
    Garbodor (#68): The Garbotoxin Ability is not consistently disabling the Forest Curse Ability on Trevenant (XY #55).

    XY
    Voltorb (#44): The Destiny Burst Ability remains active after Voltorb has been evolved.
    Krookodile (#71): The effect of the Bother attack is negated when Krookodile is switched out of the Active position on the opponent’s next turn.
    Diggersby (#112): The Pickup attack only allows the player to retrieve one card from the discard pile.

    Black Star Promos
    Darkrai (BW73): This card is not validating for Modified play.
    Darkrai (BW73): Flipping heads for the Dark Hole attack results in the sleep status applying to the Active Pokémon instead of the Defending Pokémon


    Known Game Bugs
    General
    - Scroll bars do not automatically move to the position the player clicked.
    - Attaching numerous Energy cards to one Pokémon will often cause graphical errors to occur.
    - During the evolution animation, the Basic Pokémon card graphic is replaced by a black texture.
    - Players may occasionally receive an invalid login message after entering the correct credentials.
    - Several coins are using the Red Arceus Coin art, rather than the correct art.

    Chat
    - There is no separation between a player's screen name and the text her or she has entered.

    Collection
    - After opening a booster pack, the quantity in collection information is missing when a card from that pack is zoomed.
    - Unowned cards do not appear in the Wanted or Review tab after being tagged.
    - Cards from the Black & White through Black & White—Next Destinies expansions that have been tagged as - Wanted, For Trade, or Review appear twice when filtered by that tag.
    - The graphics occasionally appear corrupted when first accessing the Packs section in Collection.
    - Players are unable to zoom in on cards when opening a booster pack.
    - Trade-locked booster packs are not distinguishable and are not opened first when within a stack.

    Deck Manager
    - Cards in the My Deck section become invisible when more than 35 unique Pokémon or Trainer cards are added to a deck.
    - Energy cards appear without foil effects.
    - Players are not redirected to the Deck Manager main screen after attempting to save an unfinished deck.
    - The Print Deck List feature results in all Pokémon cards being omitted from the list.

    Options
    - Activating the User Experience feature renders no effect.

    Trading

    - Cards tagged for trade remain tagged after a user no longer has any copies of that item in their collection.
    - Trades are not removed from the Public Trades list after they are accepted.
    - Searching the term "booster" does not bring up booster pack trades in Public Trades
    - Searching the term "Mew" does not bring up any Mew Pokémon cards in Public Trades
    - Entering text into the search bar under Gameplay items does not narrow the number of trades.
    - In Gameplay items, only coins have visible images.
    - Players are able to select the Accept Trade button for trades they are unable to fulfill, causing and error to appear.
    - Original trade offers are being exchanged instead when the player chooses to accept a counter offer.
    - Trades may appear as completed when no cards have been exchanged.
    - Searching for Deoxys (Call of Legends SL1) results in Raikou (Call of Legends SL9).
    - Players are unable to accept trades containing 10 or more different items.

    Trainer Challenge
    - The AI is unable to properly use Zoroark's (Black & White #71) Foul Play attack, causing the game to soft lock.
    - Sound effects in the game cut out intermittently until they are lost altogether.
    - The View Playmat button is missing when selecting a Benched Pokémon after the Active Pokémon has been Knocked Out.
    - Theme Decks use the default coin, rather than the coin that corresponds with that deck.
    - The AI opponent will use Super Scoop Up when they have only one Pokémon in play.
    - The AI opponent ignores the Prize count and Braviary's (Black & White—Energing Powers #88) remaining HP when using the Brave Bird attack.
    - After playing several games with a deck using custom sleeves, those sleeves will occasionally appear on a player's Prize cards duing a Trainer Challenge or Quick Battle match.
    - Progress on theme decks that were partially unlocked prior to game version 1.13.27 are not tracking booster pack unlock progress.
    - Gold League, Platinum League and City League Achievements can be unlocked without completing the required 12 wins.

    Versus Mode
    - Deck statistics are not updated immediately after a match completes.
    - Occasionally the opponent's Active Pokémon will appear in the middle of their hand after multiple mulligans.
    - Trading cards from a theme deck causes the deck to appear as Unfinished, preventing it from being selected for use in the Theme Deck Play Type.
    - When an opponent's game client crashes, the inactivity timer and time clock does not properly trigger the end of the match.
    - Additional graphic effects are occasionally present in the Prize card selection indicator for face-down foil Energy cards.
    - Occasionally the Play Now! button will become unresponsive.
    - The game client will occasionally freeze when the opponent attacks.
    - Whenever a tooltip contains an Energy symbol, the symbol displays as code
