Last evening, due to your handy reports, we found that http://pokemon.com/support was no longer offering a "log in" button.
While we investigate and resolve this issue, to submit a ticket: please head over to http://www.pokemon.com/, log into your Pokemon Trainer Club account, and click "Customer Service" at the bottom of the website. Then, submit your ticket through http://www.pokemon.com/support using "Ask A Question".
If, for any reason, this doesn't work for you, you can also attempt to submit your ticket by visiting http://www.pokemon.com/support, click the "Request Support" tab on the top, and on the left-hand navigation bar, there will be a small "Sign In" button!
While this is only a couple of extra steps, we appreciate your patience while we work this out. We'll keep you updated on this issue and its resolution as appropriate.
