    Patch notes for 11/16

    Today’s patch addressed an issue with trading boosters and a patcher issue affecting the Mac game client.

    We recently became aware of an infrequent bug which caused booster packs received in a trade to vanish from a player’s collection after the trade was completed. We’ve released a fix in place to prevent this bug from occurring with future trades and are in the process of reviewing the trade logs for the last few weeks to identify every account affected by this bug. Once we’re confident that we’ve identified the affected accounts, we will issue booster credits to replace the missing packs.

    The most recent version of the Mac client installer placed the refresher file in a location that the game cannot find. A new Mac client installer is now available at www.pokemontcg.com/download. Mac users that are unable to update the Pokémon TCG Online client should uninstall the game, download the new Mac client installer from the site, and reinstall the game using that file. At the log in screen, Mac users should see client version 1.0.55A:31 to the right of the LOGIN button.

    The development team just deployed an update to the Mac client patcher to improve the process. If you're still experiencing issues with the Mac client, please remove all of the Pokemon TCG Online files from you computer and try installing again.

    We have identified all of the players that were affected by the booster pack trading bug. We will begin issuing booster credits to these players' accounts tomorrow, and anticipate having all credits granted by the evening of 11/26.
