It has come to our attention that redeeming multiple codes at once has caused many users to experience loading issues with the game client.
We are working hard to address this, but in the meantime, we recommend that you not attempt to redeem more than 10 codes at once. We also recommend that you redeem them in the game client, if possible, and not directly on the website. If you believe you have experienced this issue, we strongly encourage you to submit a ticket to Pokémon Support so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
