How to Report a Player on the Forums

Hey there! Your cool Prof. Snow here!

Ever notice another player who might be committing some foul play? Well here is the proper way to report such players:

TIP #1: DO NOT post about them in the forums or chat! No action can be taken from there, so please, report them properly.

TIP #2: Spamming reports or falsely reporting a player may only get you into trouble, so play nice!

    [u][b]Reporting a Player in Forums[/******

If you see a player spamming, arguing or trolling in forums you can report them using the button on the bottom left corner under their post:

From there a box will pop up where you can insert comments about why you are submitting the report:

You can only submit 5 abuse reports a day, so make sure that they're important!

Here's a short list of issues that should be reported if seen in forums, chat or in-game:
    • Cheating
    • Scamming
    • Harassment
    • Spamming
    • Trolling
    • Arguments
    • Profanity
    • Inappropriate Screen Name

REMEMBER: Submitting false reports may only get you into trouble! Please make sure that your report is absolutely necessary and has as much detail as possible. Quoting the player or providing a link to the forum post is always helpful!

Moderators do their best to keep the game safe and fun for everyone but it's often difficult to catch everything that goes on. We always appreciate help from our players!

    Thanks everyone! Stay cool!
