Disputing Thread or Account Actions?
It is important that all users understand and adhere to special rules regarding both locked or deleted threads or account actions! These are rules that we take very seriously. Please keep in mind that we are always trying to improve the health and flow of the community. We are working to help build a better experience for you, the players!

An "Account Action" is when a member of the moderators enforce any type of warning, suspension, or general restriction to your account. These can be temporary or indefinite and they can be exclusive to the game, the forums, or both. If you are currently affected by an "Account Action" and you're unsure as to why, you can submit an inquiry ticket at the Pokemon Support Portal. Make sure that you're logged in and you select "Ask A Question". The forums are not the place to ask about this information! Posting about your account action on the forums may result in further actions being taken.
Disputing Thread Actions:
If you find that a thread of yours, or one that you have participated in, has become locked or removed, there are different steps you can take to find more information about this decision.
When a post has become "locked", the moderator will often post a finale with details regarding why the thread was locked. A thread becoming locked does not always mean that any "account actions" will be taken, but it does mean that the post does not meet the expectations of the community.
When a thread has been removed, or you can no longer locate your thread, you can inquire about this decision by using the Pokemon Support Portal. Make sure that you're logged in and you select "Ask A Question". The forums are not the place to ask about this information! Posting about your thread action, or attempting to continue the same discussion in a new post, may result in further actions being taken up to "account actions".
Remember! The forums are not an appropriate medium to contest, refute, or discuss any sort of disciplinary actions. Ultimately we want to make sure to work together to create the most friendly, successful and inclusive forum community possible. This will always work best when we work together and put the good of the community first!
