Scheduled Game Maintenance | December 11th - 8am PST
This notice is to inform you of Scheduled Maintenance for the Pokémon TCG Online game.
When: December 11th, 8:00am PST
Duration: We plan to complete maintenance by December 11th at 4:00pm PST. However, this is simply an estimate and is subject to change, based on the rate at which the necessary tasks are completed during this maintenance period. We will update the Maintenance notification box which appears in the upper right of the Pokémon TCG Online website should the duration of Maintenance change.
What time does Maintenance start in my time zone?
Pacific Standard Time is observed on the west coast of the United States of America, and is UTC -8 hours. We recommend using an online tool like the Time Zone Map at timeanddate.com to find your time zone.
What happens during Maintenance?
Maintenance allows the Development team to add new content, fix bugs, make critical server updates, and other important tasks. Players logged into the game can encounter errors during Maintenance. To prevent these errors from occurring, the Development team logs all players out at the beginning of Maintenance and locks the login server until Maintenance is complete.

Important information regarding the 1.14.41 game patcher
Today's game update includes some significant upgrades to the patcher for both the Windows and Mac versions of the game client. These upgrades should greatly reduce the number of crashes/freezes that occur during the launch of the game. Additionally, users are no longer required to manually delete game files after uninstalling the game to ensure that a fresh installation functions properly.
Any user that did not receive the latest game patch (ver. 1.13.44, released 10/10/2013) will receive an error when attempting to update the game client with today's patch. This issue can only be resolved by uninstalling the game and then using the latest installer at www.pokemontcg.com/download to put the game back onto their system.
